The Position
Required educational background and job-related experience
- Master’s Degree in relevant health sciences discipline. Postgraduate degree in the field or with 1-2+ years directly related experience would be an asset.
Experience
- Extensive experience with biomedical databases (eg, MEDLINE and Embase)
- Deep understanding of research principles and demonstrated practical research implementation
Skills and Capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize information from a body of literature
- Proficient with EndNote or other bibliographic software preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to synthetize complex information
The Systematic Literature Review Analyst will work as part of a global team development of systematic review protocols
Primary responsibilities
- Conduct the screening of abstracts and full-text articles against defined inclusion/exclusion criteria to assess their suitability for inclusion in the review
- Develop data abstraction tools, perform article abstraction, validate data abstraction and extraction
- Support in writing literature synthesis in Word or PowerPoint, providing interpretation of the literature and observations of patterns and trends identified in a body of evidence
- Take part in internal trainings

Project Quality and Compliance Coordinator

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting Project Managers in organizing ongoing projects (monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures; ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner; ensuring projects’ quality)
- Supporting Quality Assurance Officer in analysing and improving organizational processes, as well as quality, productivity and efficiency
- Providing support with contents integration in tools used for client management
- Identifying process gaps and provide recommendations
- Recognizing and implementing potential optimization
- Supervision over the compliance of projects with the assumptions regarding the quality
- Substantive supervision over the circulation and archiving of project documentation
- Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable
- Following up on compliance of project activities
- Participation in internal audits
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc degree or MSc degree in pharmacy, medicine, biomedical field or similar
- 1 -2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry/factory at quality assurance is a must
- Advanced oral and written English language skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good work structure/organization
- Attention to detail (accuracy/precision)
- Creativity and independence in action
