Opalia Pharma recrute Medico Marketing Manager

Develops long and short term marketing plans for corporate, strategie and local products
•Ensures the achèvement of the objectives in collaboration with Sates organization.
•Manages the medical projects and the medical information activities to support the promotion of marketeo products in accordance with the régulation in force.

RESPONSIBIUTIES
•Provides signifiant input in determining product communication plan.
•Managers and approves the production of marketing matenal.
•Follows up the implémentation of approved medico-marketmg strategies and provides the conveying of the communication plan to the sales team.
•Exécutés yearly forecasting in conmnction with the sales departmeni.
•Détermines annual marketing budget and ensures the review of the budgets quarterly. •Préparés strategies to face enanging market dynamics and competitors’ strategies in accordance with competitors’ share and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
•Provides sales team with the necessary information and expertise to enable them to detail & sell the product.
•Evaluâtes the proposed projects conceming the Cycle and/launch meetings in which the medico marketing trainings of the products are given to the sales team
•Préparés with Sales Management the target audience and évaluâtes the detailed visit reports after the visits, and gives information to Head of Sales and Marketing.
•Performs sales analysis to mesure the effectrveness of ixornotional activities and sales force dctivity.
•Oversees market research and trend analysis for refevant products.
•Participâtes to relevant national and international congresses providing scientific feedback inteinally.
•Collects ail sales data in order to process them for the submission of sales force incentives to Head of Sales and Marketing.
•Strengthens the relations with K01S by visiting them on a regular basis and developing projects and provides medical information to external contacts (patients, physiciens, pharmacists).
•Contributes and exécutés dinical trial programs and epidemiological studies to support marketing activities.
•Controls and executes ail medical related activities such as providing scientific literature
•Identifying compétitive advantages of company’s products and conoucting medical anafysis of new products m the pipeline etc.
•Plays an active rôle in portfolio and pipeline management by conducting required marketing research and analysis.
•Manages Human Resources of his team (recruitment, assessment, training,..)

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
•Pharmacist or Doctor.
•Min 10 years of expérience m Pharmaceutical Industry in marketing field
•Expenence and knowledge in product management 8 medical management field
• Budgeting and forecasting expérience
•Fluent English
•Computing skills
•Team Management / leadership
•Effective planning and organizational skills
•Sirong communications skills
•Strong analytical skills
•Innovative, créative and open minded
•Flexible and high adaptability
